At galisonse (referred to as “we”, “us”), we aim to deliver your orders promptly as promised. This policy covers all shipping and delivery arrangements for domestic orders within the United States.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon submission. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from the processing timeline.
A shipment confirmation email containing full tracking information will be sent to you once your package is dispatched.
Transit Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping across the US takes 7–15 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
Estimated delivery windows are subject to delays during peak shopping seasons, large promotional sales and official holidays.

We provide delivery service to all fifty U.S. states.
Free standard shipping applies to every product in our store with no minimum spend required.
All product prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include sales tax. The applicable tax rate will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout according to your shipping address. The final checkout amount is the full sum you will pay, with no hidden surcharges or extra fees added afterward.
Order Tracking Instructions
Once your parcel has been shipped, you may track its real-time transit status via the tracking link included in your shipment confirmation email. You can also reach out to our support team with your order number for tracking assistance.
Shipping Delays & FTC 30-Day Compliance
If we fail to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe (or within 30 days if no delivery timeline is specified), we will reach out to you proactively and present two options: continue waiting for your shipment or request a full order refund.
